1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. By using the Site and participating in events, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales in the event of any dispute.

2. Updates to Terms and Conditions

We may change these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this page. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or by placing a prominent notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or participation in events after changes have been made indicates that you have read and accepted those changes. If you do not agree to any changes, you should stop using the Site and withdraw from any events.

3. Conditions of Use

You agree to use the Site only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, for lawful purposes, and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws.

Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to, harassing or causing distress to any person, transmitting obscene or offensive content, disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site, and impersonating another person.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered) and all content located on the Site shall remain vested in Kryla CIC or its licensors. Kryla CIC does not operate or monitor other websites, and we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of other websites. Any link is not intended to be, nor should be construed as, an endorsement of any kind by us of another website.

7. Liability

We do not guarantee that:

• Use of the Site will be compatible with all hardware and software;
• Use of the Site will be uninterrupted or error or virus free;
• Use of the Site will deliver any specific outcome for its users;
• Defects on the Site will be corrected, except those defects which Kryla CIC is obliged to correct by law.

You must take appropriate steps to ensure that you regularly check for and protect against viruses when using the Site on any device.

We make no statement about the suitability of the content, information, and services contained on or accessed via the Site. All warranties, terms, and conditions in this regard, including all warranties, terms, and conditions implied by statute or otherwise, of satisfactory quality and fitness for purpose, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We further exclude to the fullest extent permissible by law all liability for damages and direct, indirect, or consequential loss (all three of which terms include pure economic loss, loss of profits, loss of business, business interruption, depletion of goodwill, and similar loss) or otherwise incurred by you or any other person or organisation and arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the Site or its content, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

We do not exclude or limit our liability (if any) to you:

Payment Authorization: By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase.

12. Event Participation Agreement and Consent

12.1 Consent to Participate

By registering for any event organised by Kryla CIC, you consent to participate (or give consent for your child to participate) in the event. Participation is voluntary, and you (or your child) may withdraw from the event at any time.

12.2 Medical and Emergency Information

You confirm that you (or your child) are in good physical health and able to participate in the event. You agree to inform the organisers of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect participation.

In the event of an emergency, you authorize the event organisers to seek medical treatment on your behalf (or on behalf of your child) if necessary.

12.3 Liability Waiver

Participation in events, particularly sport events, may involve physical activities and other risks. You agree that you (or your child) participate at your (or your child’s) own risk. You release and hold harmless Kryla CIC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with participation in the event, except where such liability is caused by the negligence of Kryla CIC.

12.4 Code of Conduct

You agree (or agree on behalf of your child) to follow the event’s code of conduct, which includes respecting other participants, staff, and property. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organisers may result in your (or your child’s) removal from the event without a refund.

12.5 Use of Image and Likeness

You consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of yourself (or your child) taken during events for promotional purposes by Kryla CIC. These images and recordings may be used in marketing materials, social media, and on the Kryla CIC website.

12.6 Cancellation Policy

• Free Events: If you need to cancel your registration for a free event, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to attend. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in restrictions on future registrations for Kryla CIC events.

• Paid Events: For our paid events, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, we regret that we will not be able to provide a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in advance.

I acknowledge that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund for paid events, and at least 24 hours in advance for free events, with late cancellations for free events potentially resulting in restrictions on future registrations.

12.7 Data Protection

You consent to the collection and processing of your personal data (or your child’s personal data) by Kryla CIC for organizing and managing events. This data will be stored securely in accordance with Kryla CIC’s Privacy Policy. Kryla CIC may be required to disclose certain information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

13. User Agreement and Confirmation

By registering for any event or using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, including the Event Participation Agreement and Consent.
