1. Consent to Participate
I hereby consent to participate (or give consent for my child to participate) in the event organised by Kryla CIC. I understand that participation is voluntary, and I (or my child) can withdraw from the event at any time.

2. Medical and Emergency Information
I confirm that I (or my child) am/is in good physical health and able to participate in the event. I will inform the organizers of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect participation.

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the event organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf (or on behalf of my child) if necessary.

3. Liability Waiver
I acknowledge that participation in sport events may involve physical activities and other risks. I agree that I (or my child) participate at my (or my child’s) own risk. I release and hold harmless Kryla CIC, its employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, claims, or damages arising out of or in connection with my (or my child’s) participation in the event, except where such liability is caused by the negligence of Kryla CIC.

4. Code of Conduct
I agree (or agree on behalf of my child) to follow the event’s code of conduct, which includes respecting other participants, staff, and property. I understand that any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in my (or my child’s) removal from the event without a refund.

5. Use of Image and Likeness
I consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and/or audio recordings of myself (or my child) taken during the event for promotional purposes by Kryla CIC. I understand that these images and recordings may be used in marketing materials, social media, and on the Kryla CIC website.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Free Events: If you need to cancel your registration for a free event, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to attend. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in restrictions on future registrations for our free events.

• Paid Events: For our paid events, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, we regret that we will not be able to provide a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in advance.

I acknowledge that I have read and understood the cancellation policy, which states that cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund (for paid events). I understand that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund.

7. Data Protection
I consent to the collection and processing of my personal data (or my child’s personal data) by Kryla CIC for the purposes of organizing and managing the event. I understand that this data will be stored securely in accordance with Kryla CIC’s Privacy Policy. I acknowledge that Kryla CIC may be required to disclose certain information in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
