Free Events: If you need to cancel your registration for a free event, please do so at least 28 hours in advance to allow others the opportunity to attend. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event may result in restrictions on future registrations for our free events.

Paid Events: For our paid events, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will be eligible for a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, we regret that we will not be able to provide a refund. However, you may transfer your registration to another person by notifying us in advance.
